Tessa is an award-winning accredited senior career and confidence coach and author. She has extensive experience of helping adults and young people improve self-esteem and confidence. Having begun her career as a solicitor and charity fundraiser, Tessa founded her own business providing career and confidence services nationally as well as to schools. With a degree in music and a trained Thrive Emotional Health Practitioner, Tessa has a passion for using her skills to positively impact the development and wellbeing of children through music and other artistic forms. She has designed the Voices for Life workshops and concepts.
Project and Events Co-ordinator and Workshop Leader
Kirsten is an experienced arts administrator with project and event planning, school outreach and customer service experience. With a degree in music, she is a classically trained soprano and performs regularly in the Bath, Bristol and Wiltshire area. Kirsten also works as one of our workshop choral animateurs.
A passionate educator, Francis held the post of associate lecturer and artistic director of the principal chorus and chamber choir at Bath Spa University for nearly ten years, during which time he inspired a whole generation of young singers and musicians, many of whom continue to sing under his baton. His two choirs, Lucis and Noctis, have quickly established a reputation for choral excellence, both here in the UK and internationally. Francis is also a member of the examiner panel for ABRSM and is an avid composer and arranger.
Sarah-Jane Hayward, FCCA
A qualified accountant for over twenty years, Sarah-Jane has a keen eye for detail, and is responsible for keeping our incoming and outgoing finances in order. In her spare time SJ enjoys gardening, cooking and travelling.
