Tessa Armstrong, BMus (Hons), LCH Dip, Accredited Senior Coach IAPC&M, Thrive Childhood Emotional Health Practitioner

Artistic Director and Co-founder

Tessa is an award-winning accredited senior career and confidence coach and author. She has extensive experience of helping adults and young people improve self-esteem and confidence.  Having begun her career as a solicitor and charity fundraiser, Tessa founded her own business providing career and confidence services nationally.  She is also a children’s coach and delivers confidence coaching programmes for children at primary and secondary level.

With a degree in music, Tessa has a passion for using her skills to positively impact the development and wellbeing of children and young people through music and other artistic forms. She has designed the space themed ‘Voices for Life’ programmes which are aimed at building self-esteem and confidence in primary aged children.

A qualified accountant for over twenty years working both in practice and industry
at various levels. Sarah-Jane has a keen eye for details and precision but also enjoys the variety that an accounting
job that involves dealing with the public and colleagues can bring.
